We don’t charge any additional fees for returns, and we’ll arrange a doorstep pick-up from the delivery location. Just ensure that you return the product in unused condition, and that’s all we expect from you.

You get a 30 days time to return the product, and these issues are covered in the return/replacement period provided the product is intact (In the same condition as we delivered). The 30 days return period is valid for :
- Ordering the wrong product.
- Damaged on Arrival.
- Receiving the wrong product.
- Color Mismatch.
- Quality Issues.
- Faulty or Defective products.
- Changed Your Mind
- Faulty Motherboard issues (You can return the display if your phone has hardware issues).

These conditions are not covered in the 30 days return/replacement period :
- Damaging the product during installation.
- Products that are broken after use.
- Erupting the flex cable of the display during installation.
- Used products which you’ve permanently fixed on the phone.
- Products that have no screen guard or warranty stickers (because you removed them before installation).
- Any kind of issue which renders the product into a useless condition.
Q: Where can I check the status of my return?
You can check the return status by logging into your account. You’ll also receive updates on the return status via SMS. When we arrange a pickup, you’ll also receive a text message from the courier partner to keep the shipment ready. You can also contact us at 8302263606 to know about the return status. Please keep your order number handy so that we can check and reply instantly.
Q: What is the return timeframe after delivery?
You need to raise a return request within 30 days after the delivery. The 30 days count starts from the day when the package is delivered to you.
Q: What are the return conditions that should be met?
The product should be returned in the same condition as you received it. If you buy a product and want to return it, that’s fine, but you should keep the product intact. However, please note that it is not possible to return a product if :
- The product got damaged during installation.
- The warranty stickers and protective films have been removed from the product.
- The product has been installed using glue, and then you’ve decoupled it from the phone.
- The flex cable and other parts of the display have been damaged.
- The product has been used/fixed in any way.
If you keep the product intact, it is very easy to return the product without any hassle.
Q: Will you arrange a pickup, or do I’ve to ship the return myself?

Q: What If I’m not available for pickup during office hours?
In such conditions, when nobody is at the delivery address, we can complete pickup via two methods :
1. You can leave the package with your neighbor, and when the pickup person calls you, please direct him to your neighbor’s house. In such cases, when you receive a call from the pickup person, you can instantly call your neighbor and inform him that the pickup person is waiting outside.
2. You can self drop the pickup at the respective courier office. If you want to do that, please contact us at 8302263606, and we’ll let you know the address and phone number of the respective courier service. We’ll also share a Pickup AWB, and you need to share this AWB (Airway Bill Number) with the courier partner when you hand over the pickup.
Q: How much time do you need to arrange a pickup?
Once your return request has been verified, we’ll arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours from your doorstep. The pickup person will collect the package from the same delivery address as you mentioned in the order. If you want to change the pickup address, please let us know when you raise a return request.
Q: Does the pickup person verifies the content?
Yes. The pickup person checks the physical condition of the product before accepting it. As we authorize a pickup only after checking the product’s condition, you’ll not face any issues with this process.
Q: Do I need to share product images for a return?
Yes. We want to ensure that you return the product in the same condition as we delivered it. Before we arrange a pickup, our team will request you to share product images on our WhatsApp number, 8302263606.
We’ll instantly check the product images and authorize the return. In rare cases, if the product’s condition is not clear, we might ask you to share a small video of the product showing its front and rear sides.
